Warranty
If you receive a faulty or DOA mobile phone on delivery or within the 14 days of invoice Mobile Central will replace the phone with the manufactories Eearly.Life.Fault (ELF) policy.
You must return the handset in the box with all the original accessories and a copy of the invoice at your own expense and once received a new handset will be sent out.
If the handset becomes faulty outside the 14 day ELF period and with in the 12 months manufactories warranty you need to return the phone to your nearest authorised Repair centre. If the Repair Centre requires further details please contact us and we will help you where we can.
